Then my college forced me to buy private health insurance for students?
I am currently covered by an updated status of the disease, my family is very low income and health coverage is far superior to that offered by the School will attend private high this fall. However, the school does not accept my form resignation saying that the government guarantee does not meet the qualifications of the school closed (only insurance programs for employers). Can they do this to me and make me pay thousands of dollars that have no health insurance at the school does not need redundant? Anyone who knows enough to know if something that I can fight legally? The school and my insurance is in New Jersey.
A private school may require you to something like an admission – they are a private institution, not a Gov't agency. This is a contract – you can do whatever they want, or not to accept the confession. Your choice. Racial prejudice is the only thing illegal – and only under the Amendment Involving 13 private groups – 14 only applies to: Government action.
